The Patient Online Portal is now available for all patients. This allows you to request your records electronically, update your demographics, and send and receive secure messages. Mental health concerns will be assessed by our psychiatrist or psychiatric nurse practitioner. A treatment plan will be formulated and may include recommendations for therapy and/or medication.
If psychiatric medication is part of your treatment, our experienced psychiatrist and psychiatric nurse practitioner will help develop a medication plan specific to your needs.
